I just received your July 1 memo on Federal Export Regulations.
As you may infer from our past discussions, I do not agree with
Stanford's position of total obstructiveness and non-co-operation.
I also do not understand your "If you choose to respond
directly, please be sure that your reply reflects Stanford's
position on this issue and send copies of your correspondence
to my office." Why am I bound by Stanford's position any more
than Stanford is bound by the Government's?
